I cannot begin to state how much Manny helped my girlfriend and I. We had some water damage to our unit, which resulted in the tv Mount completely crashing from the wall; leaving a huge hole, busted tv, and potential mold within the wall itself. I was referred to Manny by a friend and could not be happier. He was very responsive and came the day I called him to give me an estimate and review the damage. He was very timely in following up to schedule a start date and was very clear and concise in his communication in all facets. He was very transparent about what he was thinking, why/how he was doing what he was, and what he recommended as courses of action to repair the damage, etc. He went above and beyond by even repairing small damages around the house that he did not even have to consider. He even mounted the TV back for us, which he also did not have to do. If anyone in the Lexington area has anything needing repaired/remodeled, Manny is your guy. Great dude that knows exactly what he is doing and truly cares that he does things the right way rather than making a quick buck. Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Manny and his crew.

I called Manny in a panic, our water heater rusted through and water came into the house, ruining our flooring. Thankfully, he had a gap in a job, and was able to get three of his employees out within a few days. All three of his crew members were friendly, punctual, professional, tidy and knowledgeable! Our small bathroom was put back together in no time, our dining room was corrected and completed in just a few hours and our kitchen was retiled and back to functional in less than 3 days! The work was beautiful, and complete right on schedule! They worked hard, and did a fantastic job! I also have to say, when you offer a tip, and the crew won't take it, it shows they are taken care of by their company, and that their boss is well respected. I will definitely be calling Handy Manny again in about a year when I am planning to redo my bathroom upstairs and for ANY of my household contacting needs! Thank you Manny!

I don’t normally write reviews but it’s the least I could do in this case. We had a number of fixes/repairs that needed to be made to a house we were selling. Our closing date was three days away and many of the items that we’d had done by another vendor were not done properly or not done at all. We were in a panic and thought surely the contract on the house would fall through. This was a Saturday. I called several businesses and either didn’t get an answer or was told it’d be Monday before they could come out. Then I talked to Manny and explained our situation to him. He asked for the address and said he’d be there right away - even sent me a screenshot of his ETA from his phone which I loved! I walked him through the list of various repairs, from exterior siding/painting, to electrical work, plumbing. Not a short list! He listened, asked for an hour to confirm that his guys could work Sunday and assured me he’d take care of it. He texted less than an hour later to confirm they’d be there the next day - again a Sunday! - to get it all done. Sunday, Manny kept me updated on progress via text and checked with me on a couple of things that I hadn’t really considered because he wanted to be sure that, not only that items got crossed off the list, but that work was done right and would satisfy our potential buyers. He sent word at 5:30 that everything was done - what a relief! When I got to the house to check the next mornong, I was blown away by the quality of the work! Take a look at the photos of the before and after for some of the exterior work to see what another contractor had done compared to Mannys work. He even painted another side of the house that we hadn’t mentioned because it had faded would’ve looked awful compared to the sides we had asked to be patched. Not only that, but other than the work you’d have never known his guys were there - everything was cleaned up and as it was before they were there. I really can’t express how grateful we are to

Handy Manny did an excellent job of performing a tub to shower conversion in my home. The workers arrived on time, they explained what was going to happen, and went right to work. They were very professional and polite throughout the entire process. They made sure to clean up any mess they may have made before leaving. Everything from my initial phone call, to my in home estimate meeting with Manny, to the installation was excellent. Manny was fourth coming with what would work best and what would cause issues for me down the road and everything was explained thoroughly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Handy Manny to any of my friends or family! I Looked at other companies' offerings and Handy Manny's was the nicest material, best pricing that I could have received. I don't believe that I could imagined a more perfect picture of the concept I had in my mind for my bathroom..... Handy Manny will be my choice of contractors in all of my upcoming projects.

Manny did an excellent job installing a metal roof on my home. He was professional, punctual, and the finished roof looks great. I highly recommend Manny to anyone looking for quality roofing done right.

The crew did an amazing job on our master suite renovation. They handled the plumbing, electrical, and tile work perfectly. I really appreciated how tidy they kept the house while they worked. My wife and I are so happy with how everything turned out in the end.

We hired Manny for commercial services and were extremely impressed with their professionalism and execution. Communication was clear from the initial walkthrough through project completion, timelines were met, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. They even offered suggestions and ideas to stay within budget and make great use of the space. I would absolutely recommend them for any commercial project and would use them again without hesitation.

Manny and his team did an amazing job on my bathroom! Manny was easy to get a hold of, answered all of my questions, and was honest with me. He didn’t pressure me, he wasn’t blowing up my phone asking when I wanted to get started. When I was ready, I called him, and he took care of everything. His crew was very friendly and respectful of my home. In the future if I do anything major again, Manny will be my first choice.

10/10 experience with Manny and team! I did significant remodeling work in an older home, while at the same time moving my family to KY from out-of-state. Manny’s communication, quality of work, professionalism, and work ethic is all incredible. He made the renovation projects easy and stress-free, and his pricing was also very fair. He sent me regular updates when I was out-of-town and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable. I’ll continue to work with him on any future projects. Highly recommend!

So grateful for Handy Manny’s! I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Handy Manny’s. They installed the most gorgeous shower and laid beautiful bathroom tile, baseboards, etc. The cost was more than fair for the excellent quality of work I received. Manny, the owner, truly went above and beyond to make sure my bathroom was finished before Christmas, and that meant much to me. From start to finish, he communicated every step of the way and really listened to ensure everything was exactly how I envisioned it. He has a great team, and the employee who did the majority of the work was absolutely amazing, skilled, kind, and incredibly respectful of my home. He took great care to protect my property, cleaned up at end of every single day, and treated my home as if it were his own. In less than a week, I was left with a beautiful bathroom that I absolutely love! I am so thankful for Manny and his team and I highly recommend their services. I will be hiring them to all of my future remodeling adventures!
